Add Customer Picture
Quick Steps
- Add picture of customer or pictures of customer documents to the Customer Account.
- You can add pictures to the application before you make a loan.
- From the LP3 Main Menu click on Create Account at the top. This opens the Application Screen.
- You can add pictures to the application by selecting upload next to the picture silhouette. The picture will transfer the Account if a loan is created.
- If you want to add a picture to an existing customer account, from the main menu click on Search Account at the top.
- On the Search Account Screen, enter customer information to pull up the customers Account Screen.
- Click the upload button on the right side of the Customer Information Section of the Account Screen. Chose the photo and upload. Upload more than one picture and make the picture you want to show on the customer account, default.
- Exit all screens back to main menu, when finished.
