Search for Customer Account

Quick Steps

1. From the LP3 Main Menu Screen, click on Search Account at the top.
2. On the Search Account Screen, enter customer info to find Customer Account.
3. You can look up customer by First Name, Last Name, Address, Account Number, Last 4 of SSN or Phone Number
4. If more than one customer meets the search criteria, a list of customers will be provided to choose from.
5. Once the correct customer is found, click the customer name to open the customers Account Screen.
